The Strategic Planning Intensive
Strategic planning is essential for the effective leadership and management of nonprofit organizations.
On average, a full-scale strategic plan can cost between $10k- $25k for organizations under $500k in revenue to work with a strategic planning consultant.
Many Executive Directors do not have the funding or expertise to receive this form of strategic guidance in their organization.
That is why we decided to create the Strategic Planning Intensive™ (SPI).
The SPI is a two-day in-person strategic planning workshop designed to help Executive Directors conduct successful strategic planning and help them focus on key priorities.
During this two-day intensive participants will learn effective frameworks and tools to improve their strategic plan, identify metrics to achieve desired outcomes, and how to engage their staff and board to produce results.
Topics include:
How to identify your strategic priorities in key issues pertaining to climate and equity.
How to establish clear goals, and action plans to advance your strategic priorities.
How to increase collaboration and strengthen impact to advance climate solutions and prioritize equity.
How to develop an organizational audit for your administration and operations infrastructure.
This Intensive will be offered as Fall and Spring sessions in order to allow participating organizations to prepare for the correlating grant cycle. There are a limited number of seats available per session in order to allow for more direct interaction with the facilitators and to ensure all participants are able to complete the intensive with not only a deliverable to take back to their organization but the decision-making tools and insights to pivot and identify the right-sized priorities for the organization.
